Ownerless Dogs and Their Owners: An Ethnography of Dog Population Management in Romania
The projects analyses the dynamics of dog population management in Romania and the mobilization of actors in support of euthanasia or trap-neuter-return as methods of curbing the proliferation of stray dogs on the streets of the capital city, Bucharest.
